The wedding will be hosted at the home of Sharon and Charley Bates: 6906 Saint Andrews Rd., Rancho Santa Fe, California, inside The Farms neighborhood. There is a gatehouse that you must drive through and sign in at for entry. Please announce yourself as a guest of the Bates for the wedding.

There is an available hotel block at the Hampton by Hilton San Diego/Del Mar. Rooms are available for the dates of October 10-12, 2025. Call and ask about the Willey Wedding block. We have listed other options in the same area if they are preferred.

The ceremony will be outside. The Bates house will open to walk in and out of throughout the evening.

There will be street parking outside the house. However, parking space will be limited and you may be asked to park at the neighborhood clubhouse (five min walk). There will be further information to follow regarding hotel shuttle services.
